Great Park Neighborhoods is once again showcasing its commitment to providing a sustainable, healthy lifestyle by introducing “Yoga at the Park.” This revitalizing exercise program is a welcome addition to the dynamic summer lineup of neighborhood activities.
Held at Pavilion Park, “Yoga at the Park” is conducted by a professional yoga instructor and takes place every Saturday morning through September 27th. Each class teaches gentle yoga and meditation, focusing on themes such as “self-navigation,” “strength and softness” and “creating space.”
