Proud to Call Irvine Home
Great Park Neighborhoods is proud to be a small part of what makes Irvine so great. Having an Irvine address means getting everything that Irvine is known for – beauty, quality, safety, excellent schools, and the hometown UCI Anteaters. All of which make living in Irvine a smart choice.
When you live in Irvine you have multiple transit friendly ways to get around: bus, light rail, train, biking and walking. Partners like the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), Amtrak, iShuttle, all work together to provide the transportation network in the City of Irvine. The Great Park Neighborhoods is conveniently located near the Irvine Station, so you have access to get to work or the fun places nearby too.
We love having a team to root for, right here in Irvine. Cheering for the UCI Anteaters is a great way to show community spirit. And here’s a fun fact about their mascot—50 years ago, “Peter the Anteater” was introduced as a symbol of challenging the status quo and embracing the power of being different. (We knew we liked him.)
Great Park Neighborhoods is central to the best Orange County has to offer. From whimsy at Disneyland to technological marvels at UC Irvine and the best beaches the west coast has to offer, it’s a place that puts you in the heart of the quintessential Southern California experience.
Schools are essential cornerstones of any great neighborhood – particularly in Irvine, where the top-ranked Irvine Unified School District instills a love of learning and prepares students for successful careers. Two new state-of-the-art schools can be found right here in Great Park Neighborhoods: Beacon Park School (K-8) and Portola High School, with more planned for the future.
